Key Responsibilities:Prospect and build relationships with new and existing clients.Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer technical requirements, budgets, and project timelines.Develop preliminary engineering concepts, scopes of work, budgets, and proposal strategies.Prepare and present proposals for construction, maintenance, advisory, and service projects.Source equipment, materials, subcontractors, and vendor pricing.Partner with operations and field teams to successfully execute awarded projects.Visit jobsites, maintain client relationships, and identify future opportunities.Manage project communication, schedules, expectations, billing support, and change orders. xzbcwsv
Technologies & Solutions You'll Work With:Mission-critical and data center construction projectsElectrical distribution, UPS systems, generators, and transfer switchesPrecision cooling, HVAC, CRAC units, and liquid cooling systemsFire protection, monitoring, leak detection, and environmental controlsTesting, commissioning, preventative maintenance, emergency repair, and advisory services
COMP: $90k base with an OTE of $150,000–$225,000 annually, with top performers able to exceed $250,000. The compensation is uncapped and tied to Commissionable Gross Profit.
