eCommerce Analyst

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is seeking a Temporary eCommerce Analyst to support digital performance, site operations, and the end-to-end online customer journey. Based in NYC, this long-term temporary role follows a hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite per week and will focus on reporting, analytics, site enhancements, and eCommerce optimization.

Job Duties Include:Build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking eCommerce performance, order lifecycle, fulfillment, returns, and customer behaviorAnalyze website and order data to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities to improve the online experienceMonitor eCommerce platforms and systems, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with technical teamsSupport website enhancements, system updates, testing, and quality assurance processesManage project trackers, timelines, requirements, and documentation for digital initiativesPartner with business and technical stakeholders to translate reporting insights and feedback into actionable improvementsPrepare recurring performance reports and communicate key findings and recommendations to the eCommerce teamSupport additional digital commerce projects and operational initiatives as needed
Job Qualifications Include:1+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital operations, analytics, or a related fieldBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysisExperience with or knowledge of digital analytics and reporting platforms such as GA4 or LookerFamiliarity with eCommerce, order management, ERP, or CRM platforms preferredExperience with project management, ticketing, or issue-tracking tools such as JIRA is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent organizational, communication, and project coordination abilitiesDetail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentLuxury, retail, or consumer eCommerce experience preferred
Pay: $28/hr
