Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Pega QA Engineer who is passionate about delivering quality at scale by leveraging AI. You will lead the QA function for enterprise Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) implementations while driving AI adoption across test planning, automation, defect analysis, and release validation.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep Pega QA expertise with hands-on experience using Generative AI tools to accelerate testing and improve software quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Pega QA with strong experience in Pega CDH
• Lead end-to-end QA activities for enterprise Pega CDH and Customer Engagement implementations.
• Define and execute QA strategies covering Functional, Integration, API, Regression, System, and End-to-End testing.
• Review business requirements, proposition matrices, engagement policies, arbitration logic, and customer journeys.
• Strong knowledge of NBA, Engagement Policies, Arbitration, Treatments, and Interaction History
• Experience leading QA teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to leverage AI for test case generation, automation scripting, defect analysis, test data creation, and productivity improvements
• Experience testing AI-powered applications is a plus

Good to have

• ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certification preferred.
• Pega / Pega CDH (Pega Decisioning Consultant) certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, REST Assured, Cucumber, TestNG, SQL, and CI/CD
