Key Responsibilities (On-Site Work)

Site Coordination: Assist with day-to-day on-site coordination of clinical trial activities across partner facilities.

Documentation Management: Maintain essential investigator site files (ISFs), regulatory papers, and case report forms (CRFs) with precision.

Trial Compliance: Support investigators in ensuring strict adherence to ICH-GCP, ethical guidelines, and trial protocols.

Participant Liaison: Assist with patient coordination and on-site operational logistics.

Continuous Upskilling: Actively participate in team reviews, clinical audits, and specialized operational training.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Completed or currently pursuing B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Nursing, or related healthcare fields.

Experience: Strictly for freshers and recent graduates. (Note: Candidates with prior commercial clinical trial experience are not eligible for this entry-level track).

Core Skills: Strong communication, sharp attention to detail, high organizational aptitude, and a genuine eagerness to learn clinical operations on the ground.
