Location: Bangalore Work Model: 5 Days Office + 1 Day WFH Working Days: 6 Days/Week Employment Type: Full-time CTC: ₹3–3.6 LPA (₹25,000–₹30,000 per month) Experience: 0–3 years preferred

We’re looking for a Inside Sales Executive who can turn consumer interest into adoption and drive meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead conversion: Manage inbound leads from Meta/Google campaigns, website, WhatsApp, and marketplaces.
- Customer engagement: Call, understand needs, explain products, and build trust.
- Objection handling: Address concerns around price, necessity, delivery, and usage.
- Follow-ups: Persistently re-engage warm and dormant leads.
- Sales closure: Guide customers through purchase and payment.
- CRM management: Maintain accurate lead stages, notes, and conversion status.
- Revenue accountability: Achieve daily call quotas and monthly conversion targets.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling relevant products.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in Inside Sales, Telesales, D2C Sales, Telecalling, or Counselling .
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable with high call volumes and daily follow-ups.
- Target-driven, persistent, and empathetic.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/lead-management tools preferred.
- Mandatory: Hindi & English proficiency; regional languages are a plus.
