Department: Chairman’s Office
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Job Location : Kolkata
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial and corporate advisory support to the Chairman and senior management.
- Lead/support IPO, M&A, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and fundraising initiatives.
- Coordinate with merchant bankers, investment banks, auditors, legal advisors and other external consultants.
- Conduct financial due diligence, valuation, financial modelling and transaction analysis.
- Prepare financial analysis, business plans, presentations and MIS for the Chairman’s review.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights on key risks and opportunities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and strategic information.
Qualification & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory.
- Approximately 10–12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate finance, investment banking, merchant banking, M&A, capital markets, or a similar strategic finance environment.
- Experience of working on IPO / M&A / fundraising transactions will be highly preferred.
