Entry-Level B2B Sales Account ExecutiveLocation: Rutherford, NJSchedule: Full-Time | 5 Days In OfficeWe’re partnering with a growing logistics and supply chain company in Rutherford, NJ that is hiring for its B2B sales team.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is competitive, coachable, comfortable talking to people, and motivated by performance-based growth.Former high school, college, and professional athletes are strongly encouraged to apply, but athletic experience is not required. Candidates from hospitality, coaching, retail, customer service, and other competitive or people-facing backgrounds can also be a strong fit.
What You’ll Be DoingProspecting and reaching out to small and mid-sized businessesMaking outbound calls and building new client relationshipsLearning how businesses currently handle shipping and logisticsIdentifying opportunities to improve cost, service, and efficiencyManaging your own territory and growing a book of businessFollowing a structured sales process and working toward clear performance goals
