Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all academic and administrative activities on campus to ensure smooth operation and high standards of education.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance educational programs and campus facilities.
• Monitor and manage campus budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that supports the well-being and development of students and staff.
• Build strong relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external partners to promote collaboration and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
• Organize and participate in meetings, seminars, and other events to promote campus initiatives and achievements.

Requirements

• Proven track record of at least 6–10 years in educational leadership or administration.
• Strong understanding of academic operations, budgeting, and resource management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to foster a positive and collaborative campus environment.
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Doctorate degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with educational management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.

Preferred

• Experience in managing large teams and multidisciplinary projects.
• Previous work experience in a similar role at an educational institution.
