Job Description: CRM Sales Manager

CTC: ₹4-6 Lakhs per annum

Experience: 4-7 years

Industry: Ecommerce, consumer Brands, B2B Companies

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management:
• Handle incoming leads and calls from potential customers and clients.
• Engage with ecommerce and project leads to understand their requirements.
• Convert leads into successful sales, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales funnel.
• Customer & Client Support:
• Provide exceptional customer and client support for ecommerce and project-related inquiries.
• Manage and resolve client complaints and after-sales service issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate reports, analyze sales data, and track performance metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Industry Experience:
• Must have prior experience in Interiors & Furniture industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of seller panels on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Freshdesk, MyOperator, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
• Communication:
• Excellent spoken and written English, with strong email writing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, handle client complaints, and provide after-sales support.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to manage relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in a similar role within furniture industry only.
