We're conducting a confidential search for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale pharmaceutical and life sciences construction projects. This individual will oversee projects from planning and design through construction, commissioning, validation, and final delivery while serving as a key client-facing leader.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience managing complex projects in FDA-regulated, GMP-compliant environments who thrives in a fast-paced, highly technical setting.
Key Requirements:10+ years of project management experience leading capital construction projects5+ years supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences facilitiesExperience managing projects valued at $20M+Strong knowledge of GMP environments, FDA regulations, validation, and compliance requirementsProven ability to manage contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, and project risksBachelor's xzbcwsv degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related fieldPMP certification and CQV experience are highly preferred
