The role• Handle complex construction disputes involving owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals• Manage matters through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration and trial• Advise clients on contract disputes, delay and disruption claims, defective work, lien issues and professional liability matters• Work directly with experienced partners and sophisticated clients across the construction industry
What they are looking for• At least 8 years of meaningful construction litigation experience• Strong experience managing substantial litigation matters with limited supervision• Excellent drafting, deposition and client facing skills• A practical, commercially minded approach and genuine interest in building a construction practice
