Sales Executive (Remote)
Location: Remote
Experience: 1.5–3 Years
CTC: ₹2.4–3.0 LPA + Fixed Commission
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview
We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with strong closing skills and a solid understanding of digital marketing. You'll work with qualified leads, conduct discovery calls, understand business challenges, and help clients choose the right growth solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with qualified leads.
Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
Follow up consistently and close high-value deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions.
Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.
What We're Looking For
1.5–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong prospecting and pipeline management abilities.
Good understanding of Digital Marketing, especially Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), lead generation, and marketing funnels .
Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
