HubSpot Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to drive lead generation, optimize marketing performance, and turn digital engagement into measurable business growth. This individual will own the strategy and execution behind HubSpot Marketing Hub, lifecycle marketing, and AI search discoverability, with a primary focus on generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Responsibilities:Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub, including marketing automation, workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing.Develop and execute lead generation strategies that drive qualified inbound leads and measurable ROI.Manage the lead lifecycle from initial capture and segmentation through nurturing, sales handoff, and conversion tracking.Build targeted campaigns and content aligned with each stage of the buyer’s journey.Ensure seamless data flow between marketing and sales to improve reporting, visibility, and performance.Optimize website content, forms, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and lead capture.Develop AEO/GEO strategies to improve content visibility across AI-powered search engines and answer platforms.Analyze website traffic and campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to increase organic visibility and inbound lead volume.
Qualifications:Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, automation, segmentation, and campaign management.Proven experience developing and executing lead generation strategies with measurable results.Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and the buyer’s journey.Experience with marketing analytics, attribution, and connecting marketing activities to business outcomes.Knowledge of SEO and emerging AEO/GEO strategies to improve visibility in traditional and AI-powered search.Experience managing website content, forms, and landing pages; WordPress experience is a plus.
Location: Boca Raton, FL | Hybrid (on-site 2 days per week)
