We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales and Business development profiles to drive new business development and revenue growth across Chennai and South India. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by acquiring and retaining customers.
• Focus on specific locations regions, customer verticals and industries assigned.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business success.
• Travel across South India to meet clients and explore new markets.
• Work in a target-driven environment to exceed sales goals.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Any graduate.
• Experience: 3 to 7 years of Industrial sales experience , Top priority for Flexible Packaging Industry professionals else from Industrial consumables or selling to manufacturing industry.
• Must have visited industrial parks
• (Mepz, Sriperumbudur Industrial Area, Oragadam Industrial Corridor, Irungattukottai Industrial Area, Maraimalai Nagar Industrial Area, Mahindra World City (SEZ), Chengalpattu, plus all other industrial corridors in and around Chennai)

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively for business development. Minimum 5 days a week
