We are a premium real estate development company in Goa, specializing in luxury living spaces, including high-end villas and premium apartments designed for an elite clientele. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Luxury Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team.

Preference will be given to Goa-based professionals with a strong local network and a proven ability to convert high-value leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Showcase premium properties to prospective buyers and conduct site visits.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and discerning clients.

· Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closure.

· Stay updated on local real estate market trends, pricing, and competing luxury projects.

· Coordinate with the back-office team to ensure smooth processing of documentation and transaction formalities.

· Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

· Proven track record of success in luxury real estate sales, wealth management, luxury lifestyle products, or other high-ticket sales environments.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build trust and engage effectively with affluent clients and investors.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

· Knowledge of the Goa real estate market will be an advantage.
