We're looking for a Junior Estimator to join an established construction / manufacturing business, supporting customers with bespoke solutions from initial enquiry through to quotation.

This is a varied role combining estimating, technical drawings, supplier pricing and business development, with the opportunity to develop product knowledge and build long-term customer relationships.

What you'll be doing as an Estimator Managing the full estimating process, from reviewing enquiries and technical drawings through to preparing accurate, competitive quotations.

Sourcing and negotiating costs with suppliers and supporting procurement.

Building relationships with existing customers and developing new business opportunities.

Responding to customer enquiries, identifying opportunities and providing excellent customer service.

Developing product knowledge of retaining walls, precast concrete and manufacturing processes.

Attending customer meetings, site visits and industry events.

What we're looking for in this Estimator role Some exposure to estimating, ideally within construction, manufacturing, precast concrete or building products.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and prepare project quotations.

Commercial awareness, with an understanding of costs, pricing and profitability.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive approach to customer service and business development.

Good organisation, accuracy and the ability to manage deadlines. xrexnqw
