What You'll Do

• Lead Chair & Reformer Pilates group classes with a focus on technique, transformation, and care

• Mentor junior instructors and contribute to a shared culture of learning

• Help design class programs, client journeys, and seasonal workshops

• Collaborate with the founders to shape studio direction, community-building efforts, and brand growth

• Step into leadership opportunities as the studio expands

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience teaching both Chair and Reformer Pilates

• Strong command of movement science, anatomy, and injury-safe modifications

• Clear, inspiring communication - both verbal and tactile cueing

• A collaborative mindset and love for mentoring others

• Certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., Balanced Body, Polestar, Stott etc)

• Comfortable in English and Hindi
