Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project schedules, resources, and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on Oracle HCM Payroll modules such as Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, etc. Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, statutory compliance, and system configuration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B. Tech / B. E.).

Required Skills

7 - 12 Years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll Consulting or similar role. Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll (Global Implementation) with hands-on experience in at least one module like Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation etc. Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences.
