Job Description Oversee all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules. Lead daily site operations while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress with stakeholders. Identify and resolve field challenges proactively. Ensure projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, and client expectations. Manage inspections, punch lists, and project turnover activities. Foster a positive, professional, and accountable jobsite culture. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction. Proven experience delivering light industrial projects such as: Manufacturing facilities Distribution centers Warehouses Industrial expansions Processing or production facilities Ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Commitment to safety and quality execution. Experience working directly with owners, subcontractors, and project teams.
