Our client is seeking a motivated HVAC System Cleaning Technician to join a hands-on service team helping homeowners and businesses maintain cleaner, better-performing ventilation systems. Focus:Complete scheduled ventilation system cleaning assignments at residential and commercial properties using industry-specific tools.Evaluate accessible air distribution components to determine appropriate cleaning methods and prepare work areas.Handle portable extraction equipment, attachments, and other tools to remove accumulated debris from ventilation pathways.Assist with dryer exhaust maintenance and additional cleaning services when assigned.Maintain visual documentation of field activities and provide customers with clear updates regarding service outcomes and completed assignments.Safeguard customer belongings and surrounding surfaces while maintaining orderly workspaces throughout each appointment.Keep equipment and vehicles service-ready, follow safe work practices, and travel between assignments across Greater Phoenix.
Skill Set:Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history and the ability to travel between customer locations throughout Greater Phoenix.Dependable work habits, strong attention to detail, personal accountability, and a willingness to develop new skills.Physical ability to climb ladders, access attics and confined spaces, lift and maneuver equipment, and perform repetitive movements.Readiness to work in challenging environments, including elevated temperatures common during Arizona summers.Clear communication skills and a respectful, professional approach when interacting with customers and working around their property.Comfort learning unfamiliar tools, following instructions, and completing assignments both independently and with coworkers.Previous exposure to HVAC services, property maintenance, construction, cleaning, or similar physical work is helpful but not required.
