Position: Service Innovation Standards Assistant
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 2–3 Years of relevant experience in document management, business documentation, quality assurance, Microsoft Word & Excel template configuration, formatting.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Innovation Standards Assistant to support our Service Innovation Programme. The role will focus on Microsoft Word and Excel template configuration, document formatting, proofreading, quality assurance, version control and maintaining consistent document standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configuring and maintaining Microsoft Word and Excel templates, styles and formatting standards.
- Producing, formatting and proofreading high-quality business documentation.
- Ensuring consistency with corporate branding and programme standards.
- Managing document trackers, version control and document libraries.
- Supporting quality assurance, review cycles and continuous improvement.
- Using AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve drafting and document-production efficiency.
Key Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Word and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent written English, proofreading and editing capability.
- Strong attention to detail and document-quality assurance skills.
- Experience with templates, document standards or professional business documentation.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
