What You'll Do as a Creative Graphic Designer

• Create visually compelling and performance-driven creatives across digital campaigns, aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Design high-impact assets for social media, websites, D2C storefronts, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Develop motion graphics, video content, and visual storytelling assets to enhance brand engagement.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and performance teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.
• Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and emerging creative technologies.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
• Conceptualize and design OOH creatives, including hoardings, billboards, and retail branding.

What do we seek in you?

• 2 - 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or Motion Graphics.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital creatives, social media campaigns, and eCommerce work.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Higgsfield.ai, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CGI/3D tools (Blender or similar) is a plus.
• Understanding of eCommerce and performance-driven creatives.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
