- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff
- Track client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Conduct parent training sessions to support generalization of skills across home and community settings
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and funding source requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar assessments
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
- Experience with insurance-funded ABA services preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
