Roles & Responsibilities Program Management Lead FATP programs from NPI through production ramp and mass manufacturing. Own execution plans, milestones, schedules, and deliverables. Ensure successful product launches and manufacturing readiness. Assembly & Production Readiness Ensure readiness of assembly lines, manpower, equipment, consumables, and processes. Coordinate production planning to meet customer demand. Drive execution across prototype, pilot, and volume production stages. Test & Validation Management Coordinate functional testing, reliability testing, and software flashing activities. Ensure test stations and validation equipment are production-ready. Track test performance and failure trends. Quality & Yield Improvement Monitor First Pass Yield (FPY), test yield, and assembly
