Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end payroll processing for India employees

Payroll inputs validation, salary processing, and reconciliations

Handling PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other statutory compliances

Income tax declarations, proof verification, and Form 16 issuance

Full & Final (F& F) settlement processing

Payroll audits, reporting, and employee query resolution

Coordination with HR, Finance, and Payroll vendors
