What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience as an Architect / Technical Lead within the Oracle technology stack

• Expertise in end-to-end solution design and technical delivery

• Experience with GenAI, RAG, LLMs, AI governance & prompt engineering is highly desirable

• Strong Agile, Jira, project governance, risk & change management experience

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and reporting skills

• Ability to drive customer outcomes, innovation, quality, and delivery excellence
