ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion with specific experience in building commercial projects ground-up.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnelEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completionMonitor project progress and make adjustments as necessaryConduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are metResolve any issues or conflicts that arise during constructionPrepare and submit progress reports to stakeholdersManage project budgets and control costsEnsure all documentation is up-to-date and accurateQualificationsProven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar roleIn-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelinesStrong leadership and xzbcwsv management skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in construction management softwareBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred)
