Job Description Employee Experience (EX) : Oversee and plan policy development, align and communicate with employees about various Employee Experience initiatives thereby improving the trust level in the organization; Champion the Change Management". Key Result Area : Employee Engagement score / Index Employee Relations And Industrial Relations : Develop progressive Employee Relations and Industrial Relations strategies in the plant. Plan, Engage and Communicate with the senior leadership team while cascading strategies for arriving long term wage settlement for cost effective and affordable wage settlements for the plant. Strategize, Design and roll out Business Contingency Plan while driving Industrial Relations agenda in the organization for smooth and seamless functioning of business.
