Textile Craft Designer

We are looking for textile designers for Sarees and salwar suits specializing and working with Indian Crafts.

The role includes:-

-Developing block prints, embroideries and other surface ornamentation techniques for sarees and dress materials.

-Responsible for creating and forecasting new looks and concepts for the upcoming season.

-Co-ordinating and planning collections with master craftsmen working with us, across the country.

-Handling production of designs after finalization.

Requirements:-

-Well versed with the various Indian Textile crafts like like dabu, kalamkari, ajrakh, applique, kantha etc.

-Well versed with different hand and machine embroidery techniques.

- An in-depth knowledge of colour matchings, contrasts and indian ethnic wear trends is a must.

-Minimum 3 years prior experience working with crafts in textiles like sarees and womens wear fabrics is a MUST.
