U.S. Renal Care seeks a Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate care to patients with chronic and acute kidney disease in our outpatient centers. The RN will assess patients, initiate and monitor hemodialysis treatments, manage vascular access, administer medications, and document in the EHR. You’ll educate patients and families on kidney health and treatments, support home dialysis readiness, and collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers.
