Mill & Heat Treatment Machine Operators – PM Shift Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton Pay Rate: £16.09 per hour Shift: Monday to Friday | 14:45 – 22:45 Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary to Permanent Start Date: Immediate Start Available Machine Operators Required – Food Production Quest Employment are currently recruiting for 2 Machine Operators to join a well-established food production business based in Brackmills, Northampton. Successful candidates will receive training to operate mill machinery and heat treatment equipment. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are willing to learn and comfortable with regular manual handling. The Role Duties will include: Operating and monitoring mill machinery and heat treatment equipment following training Loading bags of ingredients weighing between 5kg and 25kg Following production instructions and batch requirements Carrying out quality checks and completing production paperwork Keeping machinery and work areas clean and tidy Following food hygiene, HACCP and health & safety procedures Skills & Experience Required Good spoken and written English to understand instructions and complete paperwork Comfortable lifting and handling bags weighing 5kg–25kg Reliable, punctual and hardworking Willingness to learn and undertake machine operating training Able to work in a busy production environment Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential Pay & Benefits £16.09 per hour Monday to Friday, 14:45–22:45 Training provided Temporary-to-permanent opportunity Opportunity to develop machine operating skills Support from the Quest Employment team Apply Today We are looking for 2 candidates to start as soon as possible .
