This practice stands out for luxury sales and exceptional patient experiences, seeking driven professionals ready to elevate their careers in an energetic, supportive environment. Compensation:• Licensed Optician: $25–$40/hour• Commission: 3% of sales (average $1,500+ per month; some earn double!)• 401(k) with employer match after 1 year• Paid Time Off (PTO)• Employee and family discounts• Continued education and professional development

What Makes a Great Candidate?• NY Optician Licensure• Previous optical or luxury retail sales experience strongly preferred• Strong sales and client service skills; self-driven and dependable• Ability to build relationships and manage a book of business• Excellent troubleshooting and eyewear adjustment abilities• Professionalism, reliability, and a passion for the optical field
