We're seeking a Group Leader to support a major manufacturing operation during an exciting production launch. This role offers the opportunity to lead production teams, drive operational excellence, and make a direct impact on safety, quality, and productivity.
What You'll Do Lead and supervise 10-30 hourly production employees Drive safety, quality, and production performance Manage daily manufacturing operations and workforce planning Support production launch activities Coach, develop, and mentor team members Conduct audits and ensure adherence to standardized work processes Collaborate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and operations teams Lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts
What We're Looking ForMust-Have Experience:Manufacturing leadership, Group Leader, Production Supervisor, or Operations Supervisor experienceExperience leading production teams in a manufacturing environmentStrong safety and quality management backgroundProduction planning and problem-solving experienceWorkforce management and employee development experience
