Role Summary

We are looking for a young, experienced and dynamic SAP professional to join our growing team as Assistant Manager SAP. The role involves leading SAP implementation, support, enhancement, and integration initiatives across business functions while ensuring system stability, process optimization, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and/or technical SAP expertise with experience in end-to-end implementations, support projects, and cross-functional coordination. Experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure industry implementations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide optimal SAP solutions. Manage SAP incidents, change requests, and system improvements within defined SLAs. Coordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams for project delivery. Support SAP S/4 HANA transformation and modernization initiatives. Ensure smooth integration between SAP and third-party applications. Perform system testing, user training, documentation, and go-live support. Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives through SAP solutions. Monitor system performance and recommend optimization opportunities. Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams for successful project execution. Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology. 5+ years of relevant SAP experience. Strong expertise in at least one SAP module or technology area. Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects. Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4 HANA environments preferred. Experience with stakeholder management and business process understanding. Exposure to Real Estate domain implementation will carry additional weightage.
