Mode: 100% Remote
Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off!
US EST Hours: Night Shift (6:30PM to 3:30AM IST)
Please understand, this role requires solid detailed US NON IT Recruitment Experience placing candidates in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Finance, Banking, Pharma, Medical device industries.
Required:
Must be fluent in English to have conversations with US Citizens.
Should have 2 years of experience in sourcing, filling US Non-IT requirements in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Finance, Banking, Pharma, Medical devices, etc.
Experience sourcing skills through job portals like CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, social media tools such as LinkedIN and X Ray Search.
Should have experience in interpreting job descriptions and should know how to reviewing resumes effectively.
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills.
Experience using Ceipal ATS.
