Senior Manager Finance Accounting

Job Description
To lead and manage the organization's finance function with primary responsibility for Corporate Accounting, Taxation, banking operations, fund management, Company Secretarial, working capital planning, and maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial institutions. The role ensures timely availability of funds, compliance with banking requirements, and supports business growth through effective financial planning and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Manage all banking and finance-related operations for the organization.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for working capital limits, term loans, BGs, LCs, and other banking facilities.
- Prepare CMA data, financial projections, and documentation required by banks.
- Monitor cash flow, fund flow, and working capital requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of stock statements, financial statements, and other documents to banks.
- Handle loan documentation, renewals, and compliance with banking covenants.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and statutory authorities.
- Monitor daily banking transactions, reconciliations, and treasury operations.
- Ensure timely repayment of loans, interest, and statutory financial obligations.
- Support management in budgeting, financial planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to optimize finance costs and improve cash management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while ensuring adherence to internal controls.
Qualifications
- CA & CS
Experience
5 - 6 years of relevant experience in Banking & Corporate Finance.
Experience in manufacturing/steel/power industry will be preferred.
Proven experience in dealing with banks, financial institutions, and working capital management.
