Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Showroom Sales Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The specialist will welcome visitors to the showroom, understand their requirements, and guide them through suitable music products and solutions. Day-to-day tasks include demonstrating instruments and equipment, explaining features and pricing, preparing quotations, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records in the showroom systems. The role involves ensuring attractive product displays, maintaining showroom cleanliness and organization, and coordinating with internal teams for stock availability and deliveries. The specialist will also handle customer inquiries, provide post-sale support, and contribute feedback on customer preferences to improve the overall showroom experience.

Qualifications : A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

Skills:

• Experience working in showrooms or retail environments, with the ability to manage product displays and customer walk-ins.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of customers and team members.
• Proven customer service capabilities, including active listening, problem-solving, and handling inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Passion for music, musical instruments, or audio equipment, with the willingness to learn product details quickly.
• Basic computer literacy for handling billing, inventory systems, and customer records.
• Prior experience in retail sales, music stores, or related fields is an advantage

Salary/ Package ; INR 2,40,000 to 3,60,000 Per Annum.
