Senior HubSpot Solutions Architect

Location: US, Remote (Accepting US Based Applicants Only) Total Comp (Salary + Incentives): $110,000 – $140,000 based on experience + capabilities Job Summary We’re hiring a Senior HubSpot Solutions Architect to lead client accounts end-to-end — from discovery and strategy through architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization. This is a senior-level role for someone who knows HubSpot deeply, has real agency experience, and is ready to own client relationships while designing the technical systems behind them. You’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients, serving as both trusted advisor and hands-on architect. We’re an AI-native agency. That means you’ll work alongside AI tools daily, using them to accelerate discovery, automate documentation, build integrations, and deliver at a level that would be impossible with manual work alone.
