Senior Executive - Fixed asset Management

Location: Nambiar Builders, Dommasandra, Bangalore Job Summary: Responsible for managing banking operations, fixed asset accounting, bank reconciliations, asset capitalization, statutory compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring accurate financial records and effective internal controls. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day banking transactions, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations. • Coordinate with banks for account operations, loans, bank guarantees, and other banking activities. • Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and ensure timely asset capitalization. • Record asset additions, transfers, disposals, depreciation, and CWIP accounting. • Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of fixed assets. • Prepare journal entries, MIS reports, and support monthly/year-end financial closing. • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, and internal financial controls. • Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by providing required documentation. Qualifications • B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent. • 3–5 years of experience in Banking Operations and Fixed Asset Management. • Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure preferred.
