The Opportunity
The Associate Program Director works in close partnership with the Program Director to support the educational, operational, and cultural development of the residency program while maintaining an active clinical practice.
This position includes protected time dedicated to residency leadership responsibilities, including:
Support the Program Director in residency administration, curriculum, and program improvement Dedicated administrative time Participate in and support scholarly activity and quality improvement initiatives with institutional research support Contribute to program operations and compliance efforts through committee involvement, evaluation processes, faculty development activities, and recruitment Teach and mentor OB/GYN residents and medical students in inpatient, outpatient, Labor & Delivery, and operative settings Provide supervised clinical education and feedback during routine patient care Support a positive, hands-on learning environment grounded in community-based practice Practice Culture & Collegiality

Maternal-Fetal Medicine Gynecologic Oncology Urogynecology Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (regional partners) This integrated system supports seamless referrals and comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Inpatient care is delivered in the Carol Jenkins Barnett Pavilion for Women and Children, an eight-story, state-of-the-art facility designed for compassionate, family-centered care, featuring:

This role is well suited for OB/GYNs who:
