The role of Accounting Analyst includes but is not limited to:• Preparing journal entries and financial analyses needed for monthly financial close and consolidation, recording transactions associated with equity method joint ventures and other subsidiaries.• Researching GAAP and SEC guidance in support of accounting treatments and disclosures.• Participating on project teams with initiatives to streamline the close process and automate the submission of data from the field.• Involved in the transition of and accounting for acquired companies and other unique transactions.

The successful candidate will possess:4 year degree in Accounting or Business with concentration in Accounting2-4 years National Public Accounting experienceCPA or CPA candidateUS GAAP and Financial Statement review experience
