A General Manager / HVAC General Manager / Home Services General Manager is required to lead a high-volume HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical service business in Rockledge, Florida, with responsibility for sales performance, operations, profitability and business growth.
This General Manager position offers a base salary of $120,000 - $140,000 plus a $30,000 - $50,000 bonus, alongside significant autonomy to make commercial and operational decisions, supported by an established leadership structure.The role is suited to an experienced home services leader with a strong background in business-to-consumer (B2C) sales, full P&L management and developing high-performing teams. The General Manager / HVAC General Manager / Home Services General Manager Role:Take full ownership of P&L performance, budgeting, financial forecasting, cost control and overall profitability.Lead sales and operational performance across HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical service divisions, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.Develop and execute strategic business plans, setting measurable performance targets and identifying opportunities for expansion.Manage, coach and develop department managers and leadership teams, ensuring accountability and high performance.Oversee recruitment, training, staff development and performance management to build effective teams.Monitor operational KPIs, resource allocation, service delivery and productivity to improve efficiency and profitability.Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve escalated issues and ensure consistently high service standards.Work closely with senior leadership to implement business improvements, manage change and maintain compliance with safety and operational procedures.
