Job Summary:

Make 100–120 warm calls/day (Not Cold Calls, But Warm Calls)  Daily: 5 prospects, each with 20–25 min calls Monthly Targets - 6-20 Lakhs Handsome Uncapped Incentives Follow-ups via email & Whats App Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources. Virtual meetings with decision-makers CRM updates & team coordination Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions. Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience

Work Details: Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM (Mon-Fri) | 1–2 hr break Off: Sat & Sun | No leaves for first 90 days, then 2/month Salary Date: 3rd/4th of each month (Cycle: 26th–25th)
