SUMMARY The Transportation Account Manager (AM) manages a book of renewal business within the transportation/trucking line and assists in new business acquisition and processes. Provides professional and courteous service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues. Supports Producers and Account Executives (AEs) in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding transportation business. Looks for opportunities to round account coverages. Processes work in accordance with HUB standard practices, policies, and procedures, and with applicable DOT/FMCSA regulatory requirements.
