Video & Motion Designer

Role Description The Video & Motion Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. This role involves conceptualizing and creating motion graphics, animations, and video content for brand and communication projects. The designer will work on storyboarding, visualizing sequences, and collaborating with creative and strategy teams to bring brand narratives to life across digital and physical touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing video footage, designing animated assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, and preparing files for various platforms and formats. The role also requires staying current with motion design trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and impact of visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for brand and communication projects.
• Hands-on experience in Video Production, including filming, editing, and post-production workflows.
• Ability to develop clear Storyboarding and visual narratives that support brand strategy.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop; knowledge of Cinema 4D or similar is an advantage).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color, and composition for motion and video.
• Relevant degree or certification in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional creative teams on-site in Pune.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality motion design, animation, and video work for brands and campaigns.
