$33.93 - $40.39
Pay adder available for B2 Boiler License or higher
<b>Sign-on Bonus :</b>
</p><ul><li>1000 after 30 days</li><li>500 after 6 months</li><li>500 after 1 year</li></ul>

<b>The Job You Will Perform:</b>
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are capable of performing a
multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Our
workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while
maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
* Perform preventative maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring
run out, calibrating dials, aligning components, and observing operations,
vibrations, and noise level
* Complete emergency/break down maintenance as necessary to support plant
operations
* Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other
repairs and installations
<ul><li>Accurately use measurement and test equipment</li><li>Maintain clean and organized work areas and cleaning up work areas as part of</li></ul>
completing assigned tasks
* Accurately and completely prepare and maintain maintenance records and other
paperwork
<ul><li>Work independently as well as part of a team</li><li>Follow all safety rules and practices</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervision</li></ul>
<b>The Skills You Will Bring:</b>
<ul><li>Strong mechanical skills and aptitude</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills</li><li>Skilled in pneumatics, electrical, PLC, and hydraulics</li><li>MN Special Engineer Boiler License or higher preferred</li><li>Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices</li><li>Well-rounded electrical, mechanical and machine shop skills and experience</li><li>Written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work overtime as needed</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Five years of maintenance experience with at least one year with the same</li></ul>
employer
* Highly-qualified candidates would possess a technical degree or
apprenticeship certification and maintenance experience in the corrugated
industry or similar manufacturing environment
Candidates selected for further consideration will be required to complete a
tests on job-related skills, a panel interview, background check, drug screen,
and pre-employment health assessment.
