We are looking for a creative and responsible Interior Designer with at least two years of practical experience in residential and commercial interior projects. The candidate should be confident in handling clients, developing design concepts, preparing quotations and coordinating with the execution team to ensure the project is completed according to the approved design.

• Meet clients at their residence, commercial property or project site.
• Understand the client’s requirements, preferences, budget and expected timeline.
• Conduct site measurements and collect all necessary project information.
• Develop space-planning ideas, design concepts and mood boards.
• Prepare layouts, presentations, material selections and design proposals.
• Create detailed BOQs, cost estimates and project quotations.
• Explain the design, materials, pricing and scope of work to clients.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters and the internal execution team.
• Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and design compliance.
• Ensure that the work is being executed according to the approved drawings, specifications and material selections.
• Identify site-related issues and provide practical design solutions.
• Maintain proper project documentation and provide progress updates.
• Support the project from the initial client meeting through design development and final execution.

• Minimum two years of experience in interior design.
• Good understanding of residential and commercial interiors.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into practical designs.
• Experience in space planning, concept development and mood-board preparation.
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and current design trends.
• Ability to prepare BOQs, estimates and basic project costing.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering/presentation software.
• Good understanding of site execution and interior construction methods.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru for client meetings and site visits.

• Creative, presentable and confident while interacting with clients.
• Capable of independently managing the design process.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Able to balance design aesthetics, functionality and client budget.
• Candidates with experience in turnkey residential, office, retail, café or restaurant projects will be preferred.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
