You’re dependable, comfortable supporting colleagues, and ready to take more responsibility. We’re hiring an Assistant Operations Manager in El Paso to help coordinate daily activity, keep priorities clear, and resolve routine issues alongside the Operations Manager.

What You’ll Help Manage

• Organize workloads, schedules, and daily team priorities.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and communicate updates.
• Support onboarding, training arrangements, and team briefings.
• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and operational reports.
• Monitor supplies and routine resource requirements.
• Help resolve workflow issues and escalate concerns to management.

Bring Experience You Can Build On

Operations, administration, retail, hospitality, logistics, or team coordination experience is helpful. You might have organized a shift, trained colleagues, or helped a team manage a busy period.

A specific degree or previous management title isn’t required. We’re looking for:

• Clear communication and a respectful approach to supporting others.
• Strong organization and reliable follow-through.
• Practical problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Confidence using email, calendars, and spreadsheets.
• A reliable commute to our El Paso workplace.

Develop With Guidance

Training will cover company systems, procedures, and reporting expectations. You’ll work with management to build skills in workload planning, team support, and improving everyday processes.
