Location: Remote role but must be based in Pittsburgh, PA area.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art robotic welding systems, autonomous manufacturing technology, and advanced automation equipment, all while building a career with outstanding growth and advancement opportunities. This role requires approximately 80-85% travel to support customer installations, maintenance, and system optimization across the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic US region.
What You'll Do:Install, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced robotic and automated manufacturing systems.Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs onsite at customer facilities.Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings.Collaborate with engineering teams to solve technical challenges and improve system performance.Ensure customer equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
What We're Looking For:Technical degree, trade certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.Experience with industrial automation, manufacturing equipment, fabrication, machine shop, or mechanical/electrical systems.Welding experience is a plus.Strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to learn new technologies.Willingness to travel approximately 80-85%.
