We're seeking an Support Associate to join our team!
The ResponsibilitiesA Support Associate works within the store team to help achieve store sales and inventory goals. The Support Associate partners with the management and sales team to ensure a seamless flow between front and back of house. This role should be well versed in standard operating procedures and provide customers with utmost customer service.
Business LeaderDemonstrate excellent knowledge of the product to support the brand goalsUnderstand company tools, incentives & strategies to support meeting store sales goalsMaintain all-areas back of house including stock organization, shipping/receiving, and supply orders per policy and procedure.Efficiently execute register functions and inventory transactions.
People LeaderEnsure effective communication between all team membersSupports ways to keep the team motivated and engagedContribute new & innovative ideas to support meeting business goalsParticipate in all training and development meetings.
Operations Leader:Ensure all functions of the store are maintained to support a superior shopping-experiencesAssist in all areas of stock, shipping, receiving protocols/policies, procedures and all related processes inclusive of paperworkSupport in areas of risk management, physical security, store cash control and inventory control.Participate in physical store inventories.Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support the business goalsComply with all point of sale register policy and procedures
Customer Focus:Support building meaningful relationships with clients through strong-interpersonal skills both in store and over the phone.Collaborate with all team members to support a superior shopping experienceEnsure client needs are quickly and effectively met for overall customer satisfactionUphold merchandise standards and maintain visual directive.Be present on and off the floor as a Theory Brand Ambassador
The Essentials1+ years’ prior work experience in a client-centric, sales, support, or back of house environment.Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenIndependent work ethic, time management skillsComputer skills to operate point of sale system, experiences with teamwork is a plus
Salary range: $18.00 per hour - $21.00 per hour*
